About the Artist...

A native Texan, born in South Texas, Dean began woodworking in 1981 and found he had a passion and a talent.  His wife Susan’s roots brought them back to the Hill Country where they founded Red Hill Furniture Company twelve years ago.  Dean  and Susan have two sons, Curt and Chris, and enjoy life on their scenic Mountain Home ranch.  Dean’s personal style can be recognized in each piece of furniture he makes.  When he’s not in his shop designing and creating furniture or headed to a show, Dean enjoys spending time with his family and road-tripping through Texas on a hunt for antiques and inspiration. 

Mountain Home is located just 25 miles northwest of Kerrville and 80 miles northwest of San Antonio.  Next time you’re in the Hill Country be sure to stop by!
